Humserver Property Mail

A private, owner-operated email importer for keeping property income and expense records organized.

What the importer does

With the account owner's authorization, the importer searches connected mailboxes for property-related messages, such as payout notices, payment confirmations and bills. It creates review items in a private property ledger with source references and checks for messages already processed.

The owner reviews matches before recording confirmed transactions. An invoice alone is not treated as proof of payment. Matching is based on configured keywords; it may miss messages or include unrelated matches.

Google connection

The Gmail connection requests read-only access to the owner's mailbox. It does not request permission to send, modify or delete email. Each mailbox connection requires the account owner's authorization. Yahoo app passwords can permit broader mail access, while this importer uses read-only IMAP operations.

Who uses it

This tool is for the operator's own accounts. It is not a public email service and does not offer public registration. These information pages contain no mailbox or financial records.
