Private use

Humserver Property Mail is an owner-operated personal tool. It is intended only for accounts and records the operator owns or is authorized to access. It does not offer public accounts, paid subscriptions or third-party mailbox services.

Authorization

Mail access requires the account owner's consent. Authorizing the importer does not transfer account ownership. The owner may revoke access through the mail provider and pause scheduled checks in Hum Hub.

Review of results

Email matches may be incomplete, duplicated in different formats, unrelated or ambiguous. The owner must verify the property, amount, date and evidence of actual payment before confirming a ledger entry. This tool does not provide accounting, tax, financial or legal advice.

Availability

The tool is supplied as available for the operator's use. Provider permissions, outages, expired credentials or changes to email formats can interrupt imports. Maintain independent source records and check the import results.
